Under this new brand, Amazon Music has created a platform to support latin music. This includes, for example, 100 brand new latin music playlists, they sell global artists merchandise and will be creating video content such as interviews or mini documentaries. They have also announced podcasts like ‘La Sala’ by Becky G and original songs.
Among these new feature, original songs, the user will be able to enjoy songs like the acoustic version of ‘Hawái’ by Maluma and some other by Karol G and Romeo Santos.
‘Rompe’ is the new program created to develop new artists, which will be launched today, with which Amazon Music wants to develop new artists from the US, Latin America and Spain. The artists chosen to start are: Las Villa y Nobeat
This program reminds us to ‘Deezer Next’ by Deezer.
Raíces will be a tribute program for relevant latin artists like Marc Anthony who has been invited to be the ‘Artist of the Month’.

This is the slogan that has been chosen to present the new brand and it talks about how all the genres inside the latin music connect people between them and people with their own culture.
In words from Rocío Guerrero, Global Head of Latin Music at Amazon Music: ‘In a moment where Latin Music is more global than ever before, the timing is perfect to showcase all of the different genres, diversity, and richness of the culture’.
