Mi gustos musicales cambian drásticamente, podría estar escuchando a Hans Zimmer y al minuto siguiente a Ariana Grande. Me gusta la música que me hace sentir algo, ya sea una emoción positiva o un momento retrospectivo -me gusta todo. Diría que los artistas que más me han influenciado son Bruno Mars, Frank Ocean, y Mark Foster. Todos, cada uno a su manera, expresan un sentimiento con letras que tienen significado, sin dejar de ser cercanos. Hacen música que puedes escuchar solo o con todos tus amigos en el coche, y eso es exactamente lo que quiero crear para la gente que escuche cualquiera de mis tracks.
My taste in music ranges drastically, I could be listening to Hans Zimmer then Ariana Grande in the next minute. I really just like music that makes me feel something, whether it’s a positive emotion or a retrospective moment — I love it all. I would say the artists who have influenced me the most would have to be Bruno Mars, Frank Ocean, and Mark Foster. They all, in their own way, convey a feeling with meaningful lyrics, while still being able to be relatable. They make music that you can listen to by yourself or with all your friends in the car, and that’s exactly what I want to create for people that listen to any of my tracks.
Llevo cantando desde que era una niña. Ahora que lo dices, tengo tres hermanos mayores que siempre se quejaban de cuánto cantaba… Mi madre nunca me dijo que parara y cantaba conmigo, intentando enseñarme cómo mejorar. Más tarde supliqué a mis padres lo suficiente para que me regalaran una guitarra unas Navidades y un piano las siguientes. Desde entonces, estuve obsesionada. No tenía profesora en ese momento, así que miraba tutoriales de YouTube sobre cómo tocar, así podía empezar a escribir mi propia música. Aprovechaba todo el conocimiento que pudiera adquirir de personas que iban adelantadas a mi. Conocí a gente muy importante en la universidad que me enseñó mucho sobre cómo escribir mejor y lo aprecio mucho. Acabé lanzando uno de mis primeros singles con una persona que conocí en clase de producción musical que recibió tanta atención que me impulsó a seguir y tomarte este hobby más seriamente.
I have been singing since I was a kid, I have three older brothers so they would always complain about how much I was singing actually. My mom never told me to stop though and sang with me, trying to teach me how to improve. I later on begged my parents enough that I got a guitar for one Christmas and a piano the next. From then on, I was obsessive. I didn’t have a teacher at the time, so I would just watch YouTube tutorials on how to play, that way I could start to write my own music. I would take whatever I could get from the people ahead of me, I met a few really important people in college that taught me a lot about how to write more efficiently and I’m so appreciative of them. I ended up putting out one of my first singles with one of the people I met from a musical production class that received a lot of attention, enough to make me want to keep on going and take my hobby seriously.

I would say my best song is going to be released after this track called “white dress”, It combines some of my favorite things; Pop, trap, and a splash of dancehall. It just makes me feel like dancing, and apart from my first single “like that”, that would be my favorite.
Mis planes para el futuro son seguir componiendo y sacando música, lanzar mucho contenido para que la gente me conozca a mi y a mi música. No quiero estar encerrada en una caja como artista así que espero ir más allá en diferentes sectores del arte mientras todo tenga sentido y sea fiel a quien soy.
My plans for the future are to keep writing, keep putting out music, just put out a lot of content so people can get to know me and my music. I don’t want to stay in a box as an artist so I hope to go further into different parts of the arts as long as it all makes sense and stays true to who I am.
Me encanta jugar con mi perro. Él es literalmente mi compinche, así que hasta en el estudio le tengo cerca para que me dé energía. A parte de eso, me encanta hacer ejercicio, estar con mis seres queridos, salir con mis amigos a la playa o Wynwood, simplemente conocer a nueva gente en general.
I love to play with my dog. He is literally my sidekick, so even at the studio I keep him around to bring up the energy. Besides that I love working out, being with my loved ones, hanging out with my friends at the beach or Wynwood, just meeting new people in general.
Creo que es ALUCINANTE. Soy una gran fan de YouTube, Spotify y redes sociales, así que me encanta. El streaming ha cambiado definitivamente el juego para los artistas. Tienes que estar actualizado en todas tus redes sociales y puede parecer difícil, pero es alucinante ver como puedes llegar a tanta gente diferente en estas plataformas. Sin ellas, probablemente nunca hubiera encontrado a mis artistas favoritos.
I think it’s AMAZING. I am a die hard YouTube, Spotify, social media fan, so I absolutely love it. Streaming has definitely changed the game for artists. You have to be up to date on all your social media and It may seem difficult, but it’s amazing to see how you can reach so many different people on these platforms. Without them I probably would’ve never found some of my favorite artists.
